Donna Bellingham

I have worked in Furniture Retail and Manufacturing for over 25 years.

I am currently the Chief Executive of Shackletons, a leading manufacturer of quality upholstery and cabinetry to the senior living sector, based in Yorkshire. This is the first time in my career that I have worked on the contract side of the industry, and I am relishing the challenge of developing and supporting the business as it grows in a buoyant sector.

Prior to this role, I worked for Sofa Brands International, in various roles. Most notably, I was the Chief Executive of the leading consumer brands of Parker Knoll, Collins & Hayes and Duresta.

When I first joined the SBI group, in 2001, I worked with Terence Conran to build and launch the Content by Conran brand.

I was then asked to lead the rebuild and launch of the Parker Knoll brand when it was acquired by the group in 2005.

I started my career in retail with Marks & Spencer, in Commercial Management, going on to work as a buyer and Category Manager in Head Office, sourcing across Clothing, Textiles and Furniture.

I am married with two children and live in Worcestershire.
