He was also the founder of The Test People, the Leeds based Technical Testing Consultancy, one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK and fastest growing in Yorkshire & the North East 2013-2015. He won Yorkshire Overall & SME Director of the Year 2015, SME Winner 2014 & Runner-up Overall & Young Director, alongside multiple company awards like Deloitte Fast50, Sunday Times TechTrack100 and Best Companies before architecting a merger with a competitor to create Ten10, the UKs largest independent testing consultancy of which he is now a non-executive director.
He is a CEO who loves building people focused companies with passion & purpose and his experience working within client facing roles at TTP, Accenture and William Hill within the egaming, financial, trading, healthcare and utilities sectors has also given him skills as a Business Adviser in Strategy, People, Communications and Marketing along with technical skills as a Testing Specialist, Agilist and Scrum Master.
