Adrian Fitzpatrick

Co-founder and CEO of Arena Group, a specialist in print and electronic document management, Adrian helped to build a business that, at the point of sale in January 2021 to a then NYSE listed corporation, employed circa 200 colleagues serving some 3500 clients.

Working at Arena  for 30 years, he gained extensive general experience of running an SME but much of his focus was on building a successful team that was totally committed to delivering outstanding customer service to a loyal client base, built through organic growth and acquisition.

Whilst he was at the helm, Arena won the Yorkshire Post Best Company to Work For award and was placed in the the Sunday Times Top 100 SMEs.
