We want to let our Sheffield City Region based members now that the fourth cohort of the RISE business support initiative is now live
During these uncertain times we recognise how important it is that small and medium sized businesses, who are wanting to grow their business and recruit talented graduates, receive high-quality, easy, and safe support.
We have decided to take a different approach for our fourth cohort. As you can imagine, we had an outstanding response from graduates to our last recruitment campaign. This means that we have a large and high-quality pool of candidates who want to work for SMEs in the Sheffield City Region. Rather than adopting our slightly longer recruitment process we want to maximise this talent pool and match talented graduates with as many of our local SMEs as possible. This means that the ‘time to hire’ will be significantly shorter than in previous cohorts, allowing them to access the best graduate talent sooner. It’s a great time for SMEs to take advantage of our fantastic talent pool!
Please note that SME’s who have used the scheme previously (even if it was 3 times or more) can access the scheme again, providing they meet our eligibility criteria.

We are running this campaign throughout the Autumn period and once the talent pool has been exhausted, we will close the campaign – so please do encourage your clients to get in touch as soon as possible if they would like our help to secure talent for their organisations.
