The perfect antidote to Blue Monday 2021 is the inspiring webinar, hosted by Connect Yorkshire member Q5 ‘The Power of Purposeful Leadership’.
Chaired by Q5’s Nick Mathew/Sheila Fitzsimons, we’re privileged to be joined by outstanding and inspirational leaders in their fields, Jonathon Gray, Director of NHS Cardiff & Vale UHB, Suraya Marshall, Commandant RAF College Cranwell, Steven Webb General Counsel & Company Secretary of Sumo Group plc.
With such a variety of backgrounds, and chaired by Sheila, who spent 25 years at the Guardian, most recently as their Director of Transformation, all our speakers will share their fascinating stories of Purposeful Leadership and how this can make a fundamental difference to the success of any organisation. Importantly they will outline how you can get started or build on your Purposeful Leadership journey.
Jonathon joins to share his Directorship experience of creating and operating the Dragon’s Heart (Surge) Hospital in Wales in record time and in real time the development of a Dragon’s Heart Institute to bottle and amplify the learnings from the Covid Response.
Suraya’s successful 27-year career in the RAF has most recently seen her become the first female Commandant of the Royal Air force Cranwell College. Her background flying the Tornado F3 has seen her participate in numerous operational deployments.
Steven combines his role in fast-growing video games company, Sumo Group plc, with chairing the Board of the Ahead Partnership, a not-for-profit organisation that connects employers, education and public and private sector partners to overcome inequality and grow aspiration and confidence.
