The contract win underlines the Leeds-headquartered company’s growing reputation as a trusted global partner.
thebigword has worked with the North Atlantic alliance before and has a strong track record working with its partner nations.
The company is currently supporting NATO’s work in Afghanistan, where it has safely and securely deployed expert linguists to assist the Resolute Support Mission in hostile territories across the country.
thebigword has also supported capacity building and training programs in partner nations around Europe and the Middle East to help prepare NATO forces for deployment to Afghanistan.
The company’s defence and international security division provides language support to organisations including the US Department of Defense in Germany, the US Navy throughout Europe, and Multinational Joint Commission partners assisting the Ukrainian armed forces with military training and helping them build and improve military capacity.
