I have spent thirty years scaling technology-driven businesses, most notably Infinity Works, which I helped grow from 50 to 650 people through private equity investment to a nine-figure exit. I have also stabilised businesses after acquisition and reshaped consultancies for changing markets. This is hard-won, lived experience, not theory.

I grew up in Middlesbrough, built my early career in the South, and came back to Leeds and Manchester, where my most successful years happened. I believe the capability and potential of the North is still underrated, and I joined Connect Yorkshire to help more Northern businesses grow.
