If its a straight forward one off job you require they are happy to cater for this. Thier specialty however is customer engagement. What were the key issues?

Evaluation of the whole of our brand and website offer. What was our brand’s effect on others. We used to go to sales presentations and thought we had a good message but came out realising we didn’t. The solution is to emphasise real value-prove you can you walk the talk

What mentoring advice was given?

Mike didn’t mince his words, he gave a critical appraisal of our website and asked what value a user gets out of us. The website was a sales vehicle but its not clear what a user gets out of us, We should add case studies and testimonials to show we delivered what we said we would

What was the best piece of advice you were given?

Mike came up with a new value statement for us.

What changes have you made since the mentoring session?

We have completely changed our brand. We are launching our new website this week; the statement on our old website is not going on our new one although we live by it every day

What have been the benefits to your business? – include figures etc if acceptable

We are now a much more outward looking company; sales have increased massively over the last 12-18 months and our closing rate is much better, In the yeast to 31/03/2020 sales increased by 93% and net profit by 67%. We have just landed £300k of new business with another £270k very close; lots of new business is coming in
