Jonathan has led companies in the telecoms space for nearly 20 years, most recently founding The Technology Group in 2013, a cloud communications business, exiting in early 2021 at £6.5M turnover to Private Equity. Within The Technology Group, Jonathan was a “hands on” CEO involved in supporting and nurturing growth of his leadership team, assisting key account sales, overseeing technology procurement, and driving M&A activity. TTG completed a number of successful acquisitions, resulting in them providing their services into 32 countries around the world.
Prior to this he has held leadership roles in various telco businesses, with his early start being his first venture Jagged Media at 16 years old of which he sold aged 19, before entering the telco space. Jonathan was awarded “Top 35 Under 35 Tech Entrepreneurs“ within the UK in early 2019.
Jonathan now provides advisory and consultancy services to growing businesses, including assisting with enterprise sales training at the London Business School. He has ambition to “do it all again” and launch a new technology business in 2023.
Aside from work, Jonathan has 4 year old Twins (Boy and Girl) that keep him very busy, and has a love of Travel, Football (Leeds United) and the occasional Xbox session.
