Emma is a qualified accountant and has worked in the USA, Germany & France for a US printing firm in the early part of her career. After several years working around the globe Emma returned to the UK and led the turnaround and eventual sale of several packaging and printing businesses. Emma was then part of the 3 person team that led an MBO of Harlands of Hull which at the time of the MBO had sales of £3.5 m. Major reorganisation and investment followed, including getting rid of their biggest customer, leading 5 years later to sales of £12m and the sale of the business.
In recent years Emma has specialised in restructure and recovery and been closely involved in Waste Management from brokering to waste to energy and other types of manufacturing companies providing turnaround advice helping companies to focus on their best options by understanding their customers needs and has set up an ICT distribution business.
