Connect Yorkshire member and Yorkshire-headquartered communication technology business, Apollo Cloud has completed its first acquisition.
Harrogate-based Xi Communications is a provider of telecoms products and services to SMEs in Yorkshire. It has been headed-up by Martin Taylor and Tony Mellor since 2014.
Taylor and Mellor will both join Apollo Cloud as area directors, and the company’s 160 customers will continue to receive service continuity from the same team.
Xi Communications is Apollo Cloud’s first acquisition since the business launched in 2022.
Co-founder and CEO Jonathan Marsden said the move brings together two strong businesses with shared values and commitment to customers and gives XI Communications’ customers access to a wider range of solutions and support.
