Yorkshire law firm and Connect Yorkshire partner Clarion, has strengthened its construction practice with the appointment of a head of construction and engineering law.
Stephen Radcliffe brings more than 20 years of experience in construction law, advising clients on contentious construction and engineering matters, with a focus on dispute avoidance and resolution.
He has experience handling complex disputes through litigation, arbitration and adjudication, working with developers, contractors, sub-contractors, engineers and consultants.
Radcliffe will lead an already established construction law team at Clarion. He will focus on driving growth and expanding the firm’s client base.
